happiness at it's best..

Have u ever felt the statement "you are alive "...just perform an exercise for just one minute close your eyes and breathe heavily
and then think about this statement that "you are ALIVE"..trust me it feels amazing..
the feeling..in true words you will know the actual value of this breadth it seems a gift which is being given to you every second no matter

what but the only thing is..,is it being given importance..
Now the thing is everyone can smile in their happiness when the surroundings are happy..but u know there is a different
fun in smiling when you are hurt when you are surrounded by depression..and u make yourself so amazing that just by the power of that smile
and you true sense of happiness can make the surrounding go crazy..,
happiness is felt best when it comes after sadness but it is celebrated even better when you have someone to share it with..,
..there was a story i read somewhere i don't remember the exact source..,
there were two rooms in both the rooms there was a table and some people where sitting around that table and a bowl of delicious soup was kept in front
of them..,there was only one twist that the spoons were long and they were tied to their hands, now the question is how
are u suppose to feed yourself with the help of that spoon..in one room people were trying real hard the soup was falling here and there so basically it was everywhere
except where it is suppose to be..,and in the other room...............
all they did was they starting feeding each other.., in that case the spoon was of appropriate size and and perfect length..,
...now the basic thing that everyone will understand everything is when you help others you do good and that's the beauty of helping because what goes around comes around..,
but there is also a silent message behind that spoon as well..,all of them were provided with the same spoon same soup same situation..,
 now the thing is that god is not at all biased he provides everyone with the same thing but the difference lies within you ..,
what you make of it..,
heaven and hell both are created by men only..,its all about what you make out of it..,
its on you always has been always will be..,you are the owner of the heaven that you created by what god gave not what you demanded for..,a simple rule applies everyone can smile when they are happy..,but laughing when in depression.., there is a different fun attached to it..,
       So laugh when you need to laugh..,a happiness shared is a                                   happiness gained..,:)
